Agnieszka Tarnawska
Organ, harpsichord
an experienced organist and harpsichordist, she performs as a soloist and chamber musician in Poland and abroad
graduated with honors from the Poznań Academy of Music, having studied organ with Professor Sławomir Kamiński and harpsichord with Professor Maria Banaszkiewicz-Bryła
holds a Master of Music degree from the Musikhochschule Lübeck (honors, 2011-2013), where she studied organ with Professor Arvid Gast; she also graduated from the Konzertexamen (soloist diploma) program at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg, having studied with Professor Wolfgang Zerer (2013-2016)
a PhD candidate and teacher at the Poznań Academy of Music
received numerous awards at organ competitions, including the 15th International César Franck Competition (2017, 1st prize), the 8th Korschenbroich International Organ Competition (2013, 2nd prize), the 18th Leoš Janáček International Competition in Brno (2012, 2nd prize), and the 4th International Feliks Nowowiejski Organ Competition in Poznań (2010, 2nd prize)
received a scholarship from DAAD (German Academic Exchange) and two scholarships awarded by the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage
